Arranged its second free mobile medical clinic which is sponsored by real medicine foundation, on 04th of February 2009 at our preschool residence.
We had over 104 patients. Out of that, more than half were children. There were about 10 over aged adults and the rest were the younger mothers and our youth hostel students.
As a fact, the doctor has detected a serious situation of a child and had directed for immediate medical treatments in hospital. The doctor was well equipped with modern tools that makes it easy to diagnose the problems. The patients were very much satisfied for the free service they got from our clinic. Real medicine foundation members have organized a refreshment for every patient by providing them a fresh king coconut and an apple. It was outstanding event.
Tangalle Children Relay would like to thank all the members and management of the Real medicine foundation for the fantastic service provided us to organize this event successfuly.
