Then we organized our first home garden introduction program for 22 families.

Our first home gardening introduction programe  Samanmali delivers a lecture about the basic home gardening.
A digital projector was utilized to maximise the project ourput.  The participants attentively joined the introductory programe.

Within the first two weeks, we were able to complete the full survey and start the project for 46 houses out of 50.
The problems and basic needs were identified. We are now taking steps to find most suitable and practical solutions for each problem.
Then we held our second practical workshop to demonstrate on how to make a formal bed for seed planting.
Unfortunately our targeted beneficiaries did not participate the event. But we went through with 6 project beneficiaries.
