The dream, which TCR had for 8 months came to relized as the day came to open our sweet dream home for 5 rural village students at Tangalle.
Basically all the initial funds were received by Le Relais Enfant, France to renovate and decorate the house to make a sweet home that can provid acomodation upto 16 students.
Just a week before the openning, a team of Le Relais Enfant visited Tangalle Children Relay to see all the progress and arrangements. They were more than satisfied with the acomplishment made within the months time that the agreement was made.
By the end of April, everything was ready to welcome 5 students and a small religious ceramoney was arranged to celebrate the event.
